This document aims to clarify the conditions and methods of the brokerage commission payment, thus completing what is stated on the pages:

Contrary to the documents above, the content of this page could be updated more frequently. We therefore invite users to come back and read from time to time.

Limitations

Inmobiliaria Dagorret Ltda. will pay the brokerage commission only once per rental agreement achieved through this online recommendation service.

We wil make our best efforts to fairly reward the author of the successful recommendation, but in the event of errors a positive response is not guaranteed to who would belatedly submit a justifiable request for payment. In order to avoid mistakes and abuse, the following rules will apply.

Order of priority. The recommendations sent successfully to the entity that settles in our premises are considered in chronological order. The commission is paid to the first recommendation sent successfully, to the second in case of impossibility, and so on. The elements of proof are the date and time that appear on the receipt, as well as the status of the shipment.

Direct recommendations. Only direct recommendations to a specific recipient are considered. That is, if A recommends our premises to B, who in turn sends a a recommendation do C who rents one of our premises, only B can claim compensation.

Identity of the recipient of the recommendation. The identity of the customer recommended through our online service is established uniquely and unequivocally by their company RUT number, regardless of the names or trademarks known to the public. All recommendations addressed to the same RUT number are considered sent to the same recipient, regardless of the company name indicated on the form, the communication data or the contact persons.

Identity of the author of the recommendation. The legitimate author of the recommendation is uniquely and unequivocally identified by his personal RUT number, independent of variations in his data (name, surname, etc.) that may exist in his different submissions. The service does not require the creation of a user account, so there may be variations in the data delivered between one submission and another. However, we advise users to carefully deliver consistent personal information from one submission to another, and in particular to provide reliable contact details to allow their location should the commission have to be paid to them.

In case there is any doubt about the authenticity or authorship of a receipt, the user will be invited to enter their secret decryption key on a verification screen.

Payment Methods

The rental of a premises will be announced on the website, and users having recommended the client will be contacted by email at the address indicated in their recommendation form.

Then, we will wait for 30 days before proceeding to pay the commission, time to listen to complaints or to comments that may be communicated to us.

At the end of the term, Inmobiliaria Dagorret Ltda. will proceed to cancel the commission according to the rules established above, in the form of fees to the indicated person with due taxes and receipt.
